Reservations

• The total lodging fee must be paid in full at check-in time.

Cancellations

• 1) Only cancellations made by e-mail will be recognized.
  
  
• 2) Reservation payments will be refund in any case, deducting administration cost: 15%
  
  
• 3) Refund percentages according to the lodging cancellation dates:
  
• 100% 30 days before
• 75% 29 to 15 days before
• 50% 14 to 2 days before
• 0% 1 day before to check-in day
  
  
• 4) Refund money will be through Pay Pal, which is the fastest way (24 hours). It could even be deposited into a banking account. It could take 15 days.
  
  
• 5) VERY IMPORTANT: Cancellation policies do not apply to official holidays so any refunds will not be paid for those dates.
  
  
• 6) If your cancellation is due to hurricanes or any other natural disaster, 100% of the refund will be only applied to a future staying.
